The ground rules.

1. Accepting these terms

By using VVentures you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version.

2. Using the tools

The tools are provided for lawful, everyday use. You agree not to:

• use the tools to infringe copyright or any other rights. Only download or convert content you own, have permission to use, or that is licensed for reuse;
• use the tools to create or spread content that is illegal, deceptive, or harmful;
• attempt to disrupt the service, overload it with automated traffic, or bypass usage limits;
• resell access to the tools without our written permission.

You are responsible for the content you process with the tools and for complying with the terms of any third-party platform you interact with.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to files and content you process with the tools. Most processing happens in your browser, and where our servers are involved we do not keep your content after the request completes, as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. The Pro subscription

• Pro costs ₦2,500 per month, billed through Paystack, and unlocks Pro features and higher limits.
• You can cancel anytime. Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you already paid for; there are no partial-month refunds.
• If a payment fails and is not resolved, Pro features pause until billing resumes.
• If something we sold you does not work and we cannot fix it, contact us within 7 days of payment and we will make it right, including a refund where appropriate.

5. Service availability

We work hard to keep everything running, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Tools may change, break, or be removed, and third-party platforms may block features (for example, a video platform changing how downloads work). We are not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from use of the tools, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous month.

6. Accounts and termination

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via the contact page.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
